It has been quite a learning curve since I joined the Information Operations team as part of my extended role supporting the emerging threats group in Mandiant - which also includes my work in OT/ICS. This experience has helped me to reaffirm that learning about different domains/disciplines provides threat intelligence professionals with quite a unique perspective. To celebrate this new challenge I come back to leave a blog we wrote last year, when I first officially started learning the magic that our analysis team does to uncover information operations.
